300 Crossfit Workout

 

Set a timer and complete the following workout as quickly as possible while keeping correct form.


Repeat twice a week trying to beat your previous time.

30 air squats 
30 jumping jacks
10 push-ups 
30 jump squats 
10 push-ups 
30 jump lunges
10 push-ups 
30 high knees 
30 trip chair dips
30 jump squats 
30 high knees
