This is an amazing -go- to full body workout. Great if you are short on time, feel like you over ate, need to break a sweat, or just want to burn a few extra calories. I also recommend adding this workout as a burn out finishener onto your lifting workout!
You can do this workout anywhere and doesn't require equipment. If you're at the gym, you can grab dumbbells and make it as challenging as you would like. If you're at home and don't have dumbbells grab two jugs of laundry detergent that have handles, or two cans of beans!
Okay.. let's get started.
Warm up-3️⃣0️⃣seconds jumping jacks
workout- 3️⃣0️⃣seconds crossover lunges, or curtsy lunges
3️⃣0️⃣seconds mt. Climbers
Repeat circuit 4 times.

cool down- 3️⃣0️⃣seconds jog in plac
