If you're looking for a way to make a healthy detox drink using apple cider vinegar you will fall in love with this recipe! You do not have to choke down apple cider vinegar any longer. This recipe is super easy and I was amazed at the great taste! I actually look forward to drinking this.
Here is what you will need:
Brags Apple Cider Vinegar
No sugar added Apple Juice
Essential Oil Cinnamon Bark - I recommend Doterra
Glass jars (essential Oils must be in a stainless steel or glass because the oil will eat away at the plastic.)
The first step is to measure out The Apple juice. I find it easiest to place the jar on the scale and add about 4 to 5 ounces of juice.
The next step is to measure out 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. You want to make sure that your apple cider vinegar contains The Mother. This is the goofy pulp floating around at the bottom of the jar. Make sure you shake well before measuring out the Vinegar.
Time to add in your Stevia. I recommend using 8 to 10 drops. You can use as little or as much as you would like. I like mine pretty sweet to offset the strong vinegar taste. Do a taste test and see how much you prefer.
Next, add 1 drop of cinnamon oil. You can also use a pinch of cinnamon instead of the oil and this works just as well. Just make sure to shake well at the end.
Lastly fill up your jar with water. Use about a cup of water. This is really to your preference. Shake and Enjoy
