Super Easy Vegan Mocha Protein Shake

I can not wait for you to try my NEW, FAVROTIE, GO-TO Vegan Mocha Protein Shake. I know you will absolutely love this recipe! The best part about this recipe is SO easy to make! It only requires 4  ingredients! Also it's pretty low in carbs and very macro, calorie friendly.

The four ingredients you will need are :

1. Mocha Protein Powder. Now, I use  this Vegan Sport Protein Powder by Vega(see link below). It's been a staple in our house for while now. You can also use a chocolate protein powder and add coffee to this recipe, but I find this much easier!

2. Frozen or fresh Strawberries. I always keep frozen berries in my freezer. So, when you are short on time, you have no excuse for skipping a meal! 

3. Almond or cashew milk. Of course you can substitute any milk you like from coconut milk to rice milk. My all time favorite is unsweetened vanilla cashew milk. I find this milk to be the creamiest. 

4. Stevia. Now this one is optional. I like to add a pinch or two of stevia to this recipe because., let's face it, we all have a sweet tooth. And what's better then a sweet chocolate mocha protein shake to nip that craving in the butt. 

 

 

 

 

Here we go! To make this delightful shake you need to fill your blender cup (I us my favorite nutribullet) with 1 cup of frozen strawberries.

I then cover the strawberries with 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla cashew milk. Add 1 scoops of your Vega Sport Mocha protein Powder.

 

I also add a little water if I plan on drinking my shake, or I leave it a little thicker and add ice to eat it like a frozen dessert.

 

Next, add Stevia to taste. Remember, this is optional, but I enjoy my shake pretty sweet. This way it's like having dessert! 

ACTAULLY, that's the best part. You can totally enjoy this shake before bed, after dinner or for desert! You can make it a little thicker by adding less water, and eat it with a spoon!  This shake is great as a snack or even for a protein rich breakfast!
